Steel Cables

These cables are made from high-tensile steel wires [A] . This means they are very resistant to compression and stretching, allowing for even tension throughout the track. Combine this with exceedingly accurate circumference length, and you have a cable that bends smoothly, increases comfort, distributes traction evenly, and optimizes durability.
Solid Core - See image below
The core is composed of special steel bars that are 15% thicker than the competition’s, making the entire track stronger. It is fitted to a precise pitch to ensure smoother running with minimum vibration, leading to:
- Fewer adjustments, less maintenance, lower hourly operating costs, and reduced downtime
TrackGuard
TrackGuard addresses one of the most frequent reasons for track failure by preventing the penetration of water, sand and rocks between the rolling path and metal bar, thereby limiting tearing and enhancing track-wear performance.
