Steel Cables - See image below

These cables are made from high-tensile steel wires [A] . This means they are very resistant to compression and stretching, allowing for even tension throughout the track. Combine this with exceedingly accurate circumference length, and you have a cable that bends smoothly, increases comfort, distributes traction evenly, and optimizes durability.

Solid Core

The core is composed of special steel bars that are 15% thicker than the competition’s, making the entire track stronger. It is fitted to a precise pitch to ensure smoother running with minimum vibration, leading to:

  • Fewer adjustments, less maintenance, lower hourly operating costs, and reduced downtime

Camoplast has more than 50 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of rubber compounds, allowing us to create low-abrasion compounds [D] offering:
